About Me
Let me tell you my story.......
The first time I picked up a paint brush was when I was seeking some art therapy due to ill health in 2018. I had also changed my diet and stopped coffee for herbal teas. I had left a herbal tea bag on the boiler one evening, I was totally taken back by the beautiful colours and stain marks left on its canvas, the following morning. I rushed for my paints and started painting on my recycled tea bag - I've never looked back - absolutely love the outcome and still take to painting them today.
Over the last 25 years I have embarked on various courses, whilst still working, including, floristry, patchwork & quilting, garden design and in 2025 I went on an art retreat to Portland to enhance my Encaustic Wax experience. I am always learning!
