Welcome to a little bit of Alice In Wonderland.
The three gardeners depicted on a ginger and lemon herbal tea bag. Painted in watercolour and acrylic to highlight the white on the cards, this quirky painting is also quite adorble. I love the way the colours compliment the tones on the tea bag.
It was a 1934 edition of the book I recently read and thought how wonderful it would be to make use of the wonderful drawings in my artwork.
Mounted on quality mount board in a lovely grey 9 x 7inch frame, it sits perfectly on a table to be admired and possibly bring back some happy childhood memories. This frame does also hang if you wanted it to. The original tea label as you can see sits lovely inside.
